Your website led me to believe that the item would be received within two business days after placing the order. I placed the order on August 9 which was a Sunday. I assumed the order would be shipped and received no later than Wednesday, in time for fixing my refrigerator. When your customer service indicated that the item would leave the warehouse on Tuesday, I knew it wouldnt make it here in time for my RV trip. I purchased a part locally for about $70 more and decided that the part from you would just be placed in my spare parts supply just in case of a future need. Total spent between your comapany and locally is $350. Next time, I'll check local first.
