It was simple.

Autoplicity won my loyalty as a customer on two separate counts. Firstly, I am always researching the web for the lowest possible price on an item even while I am in the process of actually ordering it. I had filled in all of my info on their order page and had competed almost everything required concerning making this order. All that was left to do was my clicking of the final 'link' actually confirming the order. At this point I totally stopped and looked elsewhere on the web. A couple of hours later I came back to my computer and was surprised to see an email from Autoplicity asking me why I hadn't fully completed my order and offering me 3% off the purchase price if I would complete it. I immediately finished and submitted the order without hesitation. Secondly, a day or so after I had made the order, I received another email from Autoplicity offering me an additional $5.00 rebate if I wrote a review of my experience with them. Do you think they really want me as a customer? YOU BET!! I like companies that do business like this. They know how to make and keep loyal customers.

Easy process...but the picture of the item is nowhere near close. Shows an intake manifold instead of a cabin air filter.

I have had a very good experience with Autoplicity and will look for more parts here. I called Customer Service and they were very good and accurate with me. It was easy, they were very nice, immediate response, and great price.
