The PullRite 4439 OE Series ISR Adapter converts factory fifth wheel prep package mounting points on Dodge Ram trucks into industry standard rails, allowing you to use any PullRite ISR Series fifth wheel hitch with your OE tow package. This adapter gives Ram truck owners the flexibility to choose their preferred fifth wheel hitch instead of being locked into factory-only options.
