Factor 55 0005004 FlatLink Shackle Mount - Black Anodized Aluminum

The Factor 55 FlatLink is an innovative winch shackle mount designed to replace traditional heavy steel shackles with a lighter, stronger aluminum solution. This precision-machined component creates a secure connection point between your winch hook and recovery equipment, featuring a clean flat design that prevents snagging and reduces weight on your winch line.

Key Features:

• Fits standard 3/4-inch clevis hooks and 3/8-inch diameter steel cables or synthetic winch ropes
• 16,000-pound load capacity for serious recovery situations
• CNC-machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum with Type III hard anodized finish in black
• Includes protective EPDM rubber guard to prevent scratching and rattling
• Double shear pin design using 5/8-inch diameter Grade 5 steel for maximum strength
• Significantly lighter than traditional steel shackles while maintaining comparable strength
• Low-profile flat design reduces line stacking issues and hook snags

The FlatLink's innovative design eliminates the bulk and weight of conventional D-ring shackles while providing a more efficient connection point that keeps your winch line properly aligned.
