The Garelick 99181 transom extension mounting bracket provides a 2-inch offset for mounting sport and diver ladders on boats with challenging transom configurations. This marine-grade bracket extends the ladder mounting point away from the transom, accommodating outboard motors, swim platforms, or other obstructions that would otherwise interfere with standard ladder installation.
Key Features:
This extension bracket is ideal for boat owners who need to mount their boarding ladder in a position offset from the transom surface. The bracket maintains the structural integrity and safety of the ladder system while providing the necessary clearance for hassle-free installation and use.

web site easy to use, found part we needed....hopefully it will fit when we get it Recieved part...didn't have a dipstick attached and then couldn't pull up the same picture which seemed weird. Cap fits so we will use it without.
