The B&W Patriot 18K 5th Wheel Hitch Base is a lighter weight, less expensive, rail-mounted alternative to the Companion that's designed to give you the smoothest ride on the road. Its one-piece base design makes for easier installation and a higher tow rating, with a maximum trailer weight capacity of 18,000 lbs and maximum tongue weight of 4,500 lbs.

A series of holes in the base gives you both height and distance adjustability. The base footprint measures 31.5 inches wide by 24 inches deep. This is a replacement base component for the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Hitch system - base only, coupler not included.

Just received my wheel lock. It is exactly as described and came very quickly. Autoplicity has the cheapest price and great service.

Easy process...but the picture of the item is nowhere near close. Shows an intake manifold instead of a cabin air filter.

So far so good!
