Awlgrip D3400Q 546 Low VOC Epoxy Primer Converter Quart

The Awlgrip D3400Q 546 Low VOC Converter is the two-component hardener designed for use with Awlgrip's 545 Epoxy Primer system. Formulated with a reduced volatile organic compound (VOC) content, this converter activates the 545 epoxy base to create a tough, anti-corrosive primer that seals filler primers and fairing work before the application of Awlgrip topcoats.

Key Features:

• Two-component epoxy formula — mixes at a straightforward 1:1 ratio with the 545 Epoxy Primer base
• Low VOC formulation — reduced volatile organic compound content for improved compliance and a safer work environment
• Anti-corrosive protection — provides a durable, protective barrier against corrosion on a variety of substrates
• Above and below the waterline use — suitable for both above and below waterline applications on marine vessels
• Multi-substrate compatibility — bonds to steel, aluminum, wood, and fiberglass surfaces
• Ideal undercoat for Awlgrip topcoats — seals filler primers and fairing work to create an optimal surface for all Awlgrip finish coats
• Fast overcoating times — minimizes project downtime between primer and topcoat stages
• Quart size — one quart of converter; use with corresponding 545 Epoxy Primer base at a 1:1 mix ratio
