Awlgrip R4330G Max Cor CF Green Base High Solids Epoxy Primer

Awlgrip Max Cor CF (R4330G) is a high-solids, two-component, VOC-compliant, chromate-free epoxy surface primer engineered for aluminum and steel substrates. Formulated for above-the-waterline marine and industrial applications, it delivers outstanding chemical and solvent resistance in a safer, more environmentally responsible formula.

At the heart of Max Cor CF is Controlled Fusion (CF) technology — a proprietary chemical system that fundamentally changes how intercoat adhesion works. Rather than relying on mechanical abrasion between coats, CF technology creates a tightly fused intercoat bond, eliminating the need for sanding between coats. This also allows for extended re-coat windows and removes the requirement for high-hazard chemicals in the coating process.

Mixing & Application: This is the Base (Part A) only. Mix by volume 2 parts R4330 base with 1 part R3330 converter. Apply as a single coat by spray only to solvent-cleaned bare metal. Do not thin or reduce the mixed product.

Note: R4330G is the base component only. Converter R3330 must be purchased separately to complete the two-component system.
