Product Details

The ARP 440-1201 Header Bolt Kit is engineered specifically for Mopar 5.7L and 6.1L Hemi engines, providing a high-strength fastening solution for header installations. These premium header bolts feature 12-point heads for improved wrench engagement and easier installation in tight engine compartments.

Key Features:

  • Manufactured from ARP's proprietary 8740 chrome moly steel for superior strength and durability
  • 12-point head design allows for easier installation with less chance of wrench slippage
  • Heat-treated to 200,000 PSI tensile strength for reliable clamping force under extreme conditions
  • Black oxide finish provides corrosion resistance and professional appearance
  • Precisely manufactured threads ensure accurate torque values and consistent clamping
  • Complete kit includes all necessary bolts for header installation

ARP fasteners are designed to prevent exhaust leaks and header warping by maintaining consistent clamping pressure through heat cycles. Each bolt is thread-rolled after heat treatment for maximum fatigue resistance. Kit includes ARP's premium moly assembly lubricant for proper installation torque.
