Samlex BG200 200 Amp Battery Guard Voltage Disconnect Protection

The Samlex BG200 Battery Guard is a high-current voltage-sensitive relay designed to protect your battery system from over-discharge and over-voltage conditions. With a 200-amp continuous current rating, this intelligent battery management device automatically disconnects and reconnects loads based on programmable voltage thresholds, extending battery life and preventing damage to connected components.

Key Features:

• 200-amp continuous current capacity for high-demand applications
• Automatic voltage detection for both 12 VDC and 24 VDC systems
• 10 programmable voltage settings for customized disconnect and reconnect points
• Prevents excessive battery discharge that reduces battery lifespan
• Protects against over-voltage damage caused by faulty alternators or charging systems
• Voltage-sensitive relay operation ensures automatic load management
• Ideal for marine, RV, solar, and automotive applications

The BG200 is perfect for protecting auxiliary battery systems in vehicles, boats, and off-grid power systems. By automatically disconnecting non-essential loads when battery voltage drops too low, it ensures you always have enough power to start your engine or maintain critical systems. The unit also safeguards your electronics from voltage spikes that can occur with alternator or charger failures.
