Product Details

The Dexter Axle 046-032-00 is a replacement rubber plug designed for use with Dexter oil bath hub caps on trailer axles. This essential component provides a secure seal within the oil cap assembly, protecting the hub from leaks, contamination, and debris intrusion that could compromise axle performance.

Key Features:

  • Durable rubber construction for long-lasting seal integrity
  • Designed specifically for Dexter oil bath cap systems
  • Fits Dexter oil cap part numbers: 021-035-00, 021-036-00, and 021-040-00
  • Compatible with Dexter 6K through 15K capacity axles
  • Part of the K71-148-00 oil cap kit assembly (plug component only)
  • Prevents water and contaminant entry into wheel hub

This plug is a critical maintenance component for trailer axles equipped with oil bath lubrication systems. Regular inspection and replacement of worn plugs helps maintain proper hub lubrication and extends bearing life. Suitable for utility trailers, RV trailers, marine trailers, and other applications using Dexter axle systems.
