Product Details

The Factor 55 Synthetic Rope Spool is an ultra-lightweight aluminum alternative to traditional heavy steel thimbles for synthetic winch lines. Featuring a 0.625-inch pin diameter, this precision-machined spool enables a clean "soft eye" winch line attachment while dramatically reducing weight at the connection point.

Key Features:

  • Ultra-lightweight aluminum construction replaces heavy steel thimbles
  • 0.625-inch pin diameter for secure attachment
  • Compatible with all Factor 55 shackle mount products including ProLink, FlatLink, and UltraHook
  • Enables proper "soft eye" winch line termination
  • Precision-machined for smooth rope operation and extended line life
  • Reduces weight and improves handling at the winch line end

This rope spool is designed specifically for off-road recovery applications where weight savings and compatibility with modern synthetic winch lines are critical. The smooth aluminum surface protects your synthetic rope from abrasion while maintaining full breaking strength of the line.
