Fastway 95-01-5150 Sway Bracket Jacket Set for Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Hitches

The Fastway 95-01-5150 Sway Bracket Jacket was designed to quiet the ride and reduce wear on the L-brackets of Equal-i-zer and Fastway e2 weight distribution hitch systems. These jackets help eliminate the loud squeaking sound of metal-on-metal from the bars scraping against the brackets on the trailer when turning and reversing, providing a more peaceful towing experience.

• Each package contains two (2) jackets, one for each L-bracket
• Jackets slip onto the L-brackets to limit steel-on-steel contact
• Protects the bracket and bar from wear of constant metal-on-metal contact and helps extend the lifespan of your towing equipment

Installation is simple: slide it over the bottom of the L-bracket, around the curve, and up the back, then let it drop back over the top of the foot and secure the spring arm with the L-pin and clip. While the jackets slightly reduce the amount of friction sway control provided by the L-bracket assemblies, this reduction is minimal and barely noticeable because the majority of the hitch's integrated sway control comes from the rotational friction surfaces.
