Product Details

The JR Products GSNI-2300-80 is a heavy-duty gas spring designed to assist with opening and holding doors, lids, hatches, or lift platforms in RVs, trailers, and marine applications. This gas-charged lift support provides smooth, controlled motion and reliable holding force.

Key Specifications:

  • Compressed length: 11.41 inches
  • Extended length: 20 inches
  • Stroke length: 8.59 inches
  • Lifting capacity: 80 pounds force
  • Plastic socket end fittings for secure mounting
  • Gas-type compression spring mechanism

This gas spring eliminates the need for manual support when accessing storage compartments, engine bays, or entry platforms. The plastic socket ends allow for easy installation and provide corrosion-resistant connection points. Ideal for replacement or upgrade applications where assisted lifting is needed.
