The Husky Towing 37498 Left Hand Sway Control Kit is designed to reduce dangerous lateral trailer movement caused by wind, passing vehicles, and uneven road conditions. This complete left-hand assembly provides enhanced stability and control for safer towing experiences.

Complete Kit Includes:

  • Left-hand sway control unit with friction pads
  • Side bar assembly for secure mounting
  • Adjustable control handle for tension adjustment
  • Tongue ball plate for trailer-side mounting
  • Sway control ball for hitch-side connection
  • Complete hardware package for installation

This friction-based sway control system works by creating resistance between the tow vehicle and trailer, dampening side-to-side motion before it becomes problematic. The adjustable handle allows you to fine-tune the friction level based on your specific towing conditions and trailer weight. For maximum stability, Husky recommends installing both left-hand and right-hand sway control units (sold separately) on trailers over 26 feet or in challenging towing conditions.

Compatible with weight-distributing hitch systems and designed for easy installation on most conventional trailer tongues. The durable steel construction ensures long-lasting performance season after season.

Product not properly packaged two gaskets were completely damaged, and one pipe is dented ! I guess The package was dropped pretty hard , now I have to buy new gaskets to replace the broken ones .
