The Dethmers 6099 Fifth Wheel Rail Adapter converts your Ram truck's factory-installed underbed fifth wheel prep package into industry-standard above-bed mounting rails, allowing you to use your standard fifth wheel hitch. This heavy-duty adapter mounts securely to the OEM puck system in your truck bed and provides the mounting rails needed to attach your conventional fifth wheel hitch.
