The Marshall Excelsior MER425SS24P is a stainless steel braided propane pigtail hose designed for connecting propane cylinders to RV propane regulators, providing added protection with thermal protection in case of fire and excess flow protection in case of a broken gas line. This model features a green Type I nut specifically for RV applications.

  • 24-inch length for flexible installation
  • Stainless steel braid provides added protection to the hose along with thermal protection and excess flow protection
  • 200,000 BTU/H capacity
  • Green Type I nut for RV use only
  • RVIA and NFPA 1192 compliant

The ACME Type 1 green plastic hand-tighten nut is the RV standard, providing a higher rate of flow that decreases the potential for the system to go into bypass mode and shut down the gas supply. The Type I ACME connection provides a safe, user-friendly connection from your regulator to a standard LP gas cylinder without the use of a wrench.
