Product Details

The Whitecap Industries 6994CBLUE Bluewater Push-Up Deck Fill is a heavy-duty marine fuel fill fitting designed for diesel fuel systems. Constructed from 316 stainless steel, this deck fill offers superior corrosion resistance in harsh saltwater and freshwater environments, making it an ideal choice for boat fuel decks.

This fitting features a convenient push-up cap design with a 90-degree angle configuration, allowing for easy one-handed operation while keeping your fuel fill port securely closed when not in use. The included retaining chain ensures the cap stays attached to the fitting at all times, preventing loss overboard.

Key Features:

  • Material: 316 Stainless Steel for maximum corrosion resistance
  • Hose Size: 1-1/2" hose connection
  • Angle: 90 degrees
  • Flange Diameter: 3"
  • Cap Design: Push-up style for easy single-hand operation
  • Retaining Chain: Included to prevent cap loss
  • Fasteners: Includes three #10 mounting fasteners
  • Fuel Type: Diesel (Green cap color-coded for easy identification)
  • Application: Marine deck fuel fill fitting

Color-coded green per ABYC and marine industry standards for diesel fuel identification, reducing the risk of misfueling. The 3" flange provides a secure, flush-mount installation on fiberglass, wood, and aluminum boat decks. Part of the Whitecap Bluewater series, this deck fill is engineered to meet the demands of serious boaters.
