Product Details

Extend the life and improve the safety of your 30A shore power cord by replacing the boat side plug.

Does the plug on your shore power cord feel loose when inserted into the inlet? Can you see corrosion? Both issues can increase electrical resistance in the shore power cord, creating a potentially hazardous situation. Marinco offers a reliable solution with this replacement locking connector. Color-coded terminals and terminal screws provide a visual guide for connecting your shore power cable to a new end, making installation straightforward even for DIY boaters.

Key Features:

  • Internal self-centering cord clamp provides excellent strain relief
  • Color-coded terminal pockets and screws for easy wiring identification
  • Corrosion-resistant construction for marine environments
  • Dust seal keeps contaminants out of terminals when disconnected
  • NEMA L5-30R locking connection configuration
  • 2-pole, 3-wire conductor design
  • Durable nylon plug body with brass contacts and stainless steel assembly screws
  • UL listed (File E57672) and CSA certified (File 81290_0_000)
  • Backed by five-year manufacturer warranty

This replacement plug offers excellent strain relief and when paired with one of Marinco's weatherproof covers (Model #1873959, sold separately), your shore power cord will look and perform like new. Designed specifically for 30-amp, 125-volt marine shore power applications.

Product was exactly as described; ordering was easy; item shipped quickly with correspondence throughout the process to ensure speedy and informed arrival. Autoplicity was one of the only online providers of the Bushwacker fender flare installation kit I ordered. I would definitely do business with Autoplicity again! Great store!
