The Maretron TR-CF is a waterproof micro termination resistor with a female connector designed for NMEA 2000® marine networks. Termination resistors are essential components that must be installed at both ends of every NMEA 2000 network trunk cable to ensure proper signal integrity and network function.
Key Features:
Proper termination is critical for any NMEA 2000 network to function correctly. Without termination resistors at both ends of the trunk cable, your marine electronics network will experience communication errors and unreliable performance. The TR-CF's rugged, waterproof design ensures reliable operation in the harsh marine environment.
Found the price unbeatable after much research online. Wish it was a little faster turn around time (3 days), but overall I am happy with my purchase. The option of buying through Amazon was great!
