Product Details

The Davis Instruments 7716 Mounting Tripod provides a versatile and stable mounting solution for Davis weather stations and sensors. This heavy-duty tripod is engineered for easy installation on various surfaces including rooftops, flat ground, and uneven terrain.

Key Features:

  • Constructed from durable galvanized steel for long-lasting corrosion resistance
  • Adjustable leg brackets tilt to accommodate angled roofs and uneven terrain
  • Includes two mounting poles: one 0.92m (36 inches) pole and one additional 0.92m pole
  • Poles can be used separately for lower mounting height or connected together for a total height of 1.77m (70 inches)
  • Stable three-leg design ensures reliable sensor positioning
  • Compatible with Davis Vantage Pro2, Vantage Vue, and other Davis weather station components

This professional-grade tripod mounting system simplifies weather station installation by providing a freestanding base that eliminates the need for complex brackets or pole mounting. The adjustable legs and modular pole system make it easy to achieve the optimal sensor height and positioning for accurate weather data collection.
