Product Details

The Furuno XN13A/6 is a high-performance 6-foot open array radar antenna designed for professional marine navigation systems. This premium antenna delivers exceptional target detection capabilities with a narrow horizontal beam width of 1.4 degrees, providing superior azimuth resolution for precise target identification at both short and long ranges.

Key Features:

  • 6-foot (1.8m) open array antenna with 1.4-degree horizontal beam width
  • Compatible with Furuno DRS12A, DRS12A-NXT, and DRS25A-NXT radar gearboxes
  • Requires 24 VDC power supply (not compatible with 12 VDC systems)
  • Vertical beam width of 22 degrees for reliable target detection
  • Enhanced azimuth resolution with RezBoost function support
  • Professional-grade construction for demanding marine environments

Important Installation Notes:

  • Open array antenna only - compatible radar gearbox/pedestal required separately
  • Requires appropriate signal/power cable (sold separately)
  • Must be connected to 24 VDC ship's battery via switchboard
  • Compatible with NavNet TZtouch, TZtouch2, and TZtouch3 multi-function displays

The XN13A/6 antenna provides the narrow beam width necessary for excellent target separation and detection performance, making it ideal for vessels requiring professional-grade radar capabilities. When paired with compatible Furuno X-Class or NXT radar systems, this antenna enables advanced features including Fast Target Tracking, Bird Mode for locating fishing grounds, and Target Analyzer technology for enhanced situational awareness.
