Easy process.

This is the first time that I have ordered from Autoplicity and I will always search their site first when looking for aftermarket parts for my car. I bought an air oil separator that is normally 300 for 220! I ordered on monday and received it on thursday. I was shocked to receive it so fast. excellent company with great prices and even better customer service. my order arrived, and too my surprise i found that it was not the product i had ordered. the customer service was prompt and i was informed that unknown to autoplicity, the product i ordered was discontinued by the manufacturer and what i recieved was their replacement. this was all unknown to autoplicity and they apoligized sincerely and have rectified the issue very much to my satifaction. the product itself arrived in perfect condition and meets or exceeds my expectations. i will look forward to shopping with autoplicity again due to their great prices and excellent customer service.
