Automatic Satellite Switching:
The MIM provides automatic switching between DISH Network satellites at 110°W, 119°W, and 129°W, or alternatively between 61.5°W, 110°W, and 119°W for locations where the 129°W satellite has limited coverage (such as the east coast or south Texas). This flexibility ensures access to high-definition programming regardless of your geographical location. The module is also fully compatible with Bell TV services for Canadian boaters.
Master/Slave Receiver Control:
The M2-TD02 features an integrated 4-port multi-switch that supports up to four satellite receivers simultaneously. The innovative master/slave architecture allows you to designate one receiver as the "Master," which controls which satellite the antenna tracks. Simply change channels using your Master receiver's remote control, and the i-Series antenna automatically points to the appropriate satellite—no manual intervention required. Intellian recommends using a DISH Network ViP211 HDTV receiver for optimal automatic switching performance.
