The Blue Sea Systems 9228 is a precision analog meter shunt designed for use with DC ammeters in marine and automotive electrical systems. This shunt provides accurate current measurement by converting 50 amps of current flow into a 50 millivolt signal that can be read by standard analog DC ammeters.
