Maretron TFT-1.5NPT 1.5" NPT Non-Displacement Hull Focus Tube for TLM100/TLM150 Tank Level Monitors

The Maretron TFT-1.5NPT is a 1.5-inch NPT threaded focus tube designed for use with Maretron TLM100 and TLM150 ultrasonic tank level monitors on non-displacement hull vessels. This essential accessory extends ultrasonic tank monitoring capability, allowing accurate level measurement on boats experiencing up to 15 degrees of pitch or roll—significantly improving upon the 6-degree limitation of the sensor alone.

Key Features:

• 1.5-inch NPT threaded connection for easy installation in standard tank fittings
• Field-trimmable design allows customization to tank depth—simply cut to reach 1 inch above tank bottom
• Enhances ultrasonic signal control in tanks with irregular shapes, baffles, or internal components
• Reduces signal interference from fluid foaming, condensation, and debris
• Compatible with included focus tube cap for improved performance in black water applications and uneven tank bottoms
• Installation torque specification: 3-5 ft-lbs (4.1-6.8 N·m)

This focus tube is ideal for applications in integral tanks, multi-step tanks, lengthy or shallow tanks, and poly tanks with foam baffles. The tube helps ensure consistent ultrasonic signal reflection back to the TLM100/TLM150 sensor, providing reliable tank level data through your NMEA 2000 network even in challenging marine environments.
