Product Details

The Comrod 21788 is a professional-grade 12-meter (approximately 39 feet) VHF coaxial cable designed for marine communication systems. This pre-terminated cable features high-quality RG58 coaxial construction, providing reliable signal transmission for VHF radio installations on boats and vessels.

Key Features:

  • 12-meter (39 ft) length provides flexibility for routing in larger vessels
  • RG58 coaxial cable construction for consistent 50-ohm impedance
  • Pre-installed PL259 (UHF male) connectors on both ends for quick installation
  • Marine-grade construction resists moisture and corrosion
  • Optimized for VHF marine radio frequencies (156-162 MHz)
  • Compatible with most marine VHF radios and antennas using standard PL259/SO239 connections

This cable eliminates the need for field termination and soldering, making VHF radio installation straightforward and reliable. The RG58 cable type offers a good balance of flexibility and signal performance for marine VHF applications, while the PL259 connectors ensure secure, weather-resistant connections between your VHF radio and antenna.
