Product Details

The Teleflex HO5090 is a spacer kit designed for use with BayStar and SeaStar hydraulic steering systems and is required on some outboard applications. This kit fits SeaStar front mount HC5345 hydraulic steering cylinders on Honda, BRP-Evinrude/Johnson, Mercury, Suzuki, US Marine (FORCE), and Yamaha outboard engines ranging from 30 to 90 HP.

Kit Contents:

  • One HHCS 3/8 NF x 2-1/4" stainless steel hex head cap screw (tiller bolt)
  • One stainless steel 3/8" fender washer
  • One aluminum 1/2" spacer
  • One Yamaha 3/16" spacer
  • Two thick nylon 3/8" spacers
  • Supplemental installation instructions

This spacer kit is specifically designed for use with Teleflex hydraulic steering cylinders HC5345 and HC5358. The various spacers and hardware included ensure proper alignment and mounting of the hydraulic steering cylinder to the outboard motor tilt tube, providing optimal steering performance and reliability.
