The Teleflex HP6031 is a complete mounting hardware and slide plate kit designed specifically for SeaStar front mount outboard hydraulic steering cylinders. This essential hardware kit is required for proper installation of HC5340 and HC5342 outboard steering cylinders, providing the necessary components for secure mounting and smooth operation.

What's Included:

  • Slide plate for smooth cylinder movement
  • Spacers for proper cylinder alignment
  • Adjusting nut with mounting screw
  • Stainless steel washers
  • All necessary mounting hardware

This kit is an integral part of SeaStar's front mount outboard steering system, which features balanced, even steering wheel turns from midship to hard over. The slide plate design allows for independent engine tilt in twin and triple engine installations while maintaining precise steering control. Compatible with most modern outboard engines when used with the appropriate SeaStar front mount hydraulic cylinder.

Note: This is the mounting hardware kit only. The hydraulic steering cylinder (HC5342 or HC5345 series) must be purchased separately. Refer to figures 7, 8, 10, and 11 in the SeaStar installation manual for proper installation procedures.
