Teleflex SSC13420 SeaStar Backmount Rack Steering Cable 20 Foot Single Station

The Teleflex SSC13420 is a 20-foot rack and pinion mechanical steering cable designed for SeaStar "The Rack" backmount steering systems manufactured from 1996 to current. This replacement cable features a pinion gear that engages a pre-assembled rack for minimized steering effort and precise control with four turns lock-to-lock.

This cable is recommended as a replacement for original equipment steering systems. SeaStar recommends No-Feedback (NFB) helms for outboard applications to eliminate driver fatigue from propeller torque. Backed by a two-year recreational user warranty against manufacturer defects.
