Pico Wiring 2222G Heat Shrink Ring Terminal 16-14 AWG #10 Stud Blue 25-Pack

The Pico Wiring 2222G is a crimp-and-heat-shrink ring terminal (also known as an eye terminal) designed for 16-14 AWG wire and a #10 stud size. These blue-coded terminals feature an adhesive-lined dual-wall heat shrink sleeve that creates a waterproof, corrosion-resistant connection — ideal for automotive, marine, RV, and powersports wiring applications. Each package includes 25 terminals.

Key Features:

• Wire gauge compatibility: 16-14 AWG (blue color code)
• Stud size: #10
• Adhesive-lined heat shrink sleeve for a watertight, corrosion-resistant seal
• Dual-wall construction: inner wall softens and melts to bond with wire; outer wall shrinks to lock terminal in place
• Operating temperature: 14°F to 241°F (-10°C to 105°C)
• Apply heat at approximately 275–300°F (135–150°C) to activate sleeve
• Quantity: 25 terminals per package

Installation Overview:

• Strip the wire end and insert into the terminal barrel
• Crimp the terminal onto the wire
• Apply heat evenly to activate the adhesive-lined heat shrink sleeve

Pico Wiring's heat shrink ring terminals are engineered for reliable, long-lasting electrical connections in demanding environments. The adhesive liner flows around the wire strands as heat is applied, sealing out moisture and preventing corrosion at the connection point. Also available in 100-count (2222A) and 5-count (2222PT) packaging options.
