Product Details

The Pico Wiring 2229PT is a heat shrink insulated male quick disconnect terminal designed for professional-grade automotive and marine electrical connections. This terminal accommodates 16-14 AWG wire gauge and features a .250 inch (1/4 inch) male tab for secure mating with female connectors.

Key Features:

  • Heat shrink insulation provides superior moisture protection and strain relief
  • Accepts 16-14 AWG wire gauge for versatile wiring applications
  • .250 inch male tab ensures secure connection with standard female terminals
  • Durable construction withstands vibration and harsh automotive environments
  • Crimps securely for reliable long-term electrical connection

Heat shrink terminals offer significant advantages over standard vinyl-insulated connectors by creating a weatherproof seal when heated. Simply crimp the terminal to the stripped wire, then apply heat with a heat gun to shrink the insulation tightly around the connection. Ideal for underhood applications, trailer wiring, marine electrical systems, and any environment where moisture resistance is critical.

U guys R fantastic fast shipping and good prices

Thank you for having this in stock with free shipping

great pricing and shipping

The complete set of online pictures helped ensure I was ordering the correct part. The only other thing that could have helped would be if the length of the cable was posted, or if there was a picture of it laid out next to a yardstick, so I knew the length of the total cable, and the sleeve.

ALL GOOD

Very Good action

Quality products, reasonable prices, product was delivered as promise, part fit perfectly. I would definitely put this organization in my top 3 best .

Great price and fast shipping!

Very easy experience

After checking amazon, ebay, various other general and specialty online parts suppliers and local brick and mortar supply houses, Autoplicity's was hands down the best overall (price + shipping) price for the product.

Make sure your address matches paypal EXACTLY. I fought this thing for hours before I figured out what the problem was (was using a visa gift card).
