Pico Wiring 2212G Heat Shrink #10 Ring/Eye Terminals 22-16 AWG 25-Pack

The Pico Wiring 2212G is a pack of 25 crimp-and-heat-shrink #10 ring/eye terminals designed for use with 22–16 AWG (red) wire gauges. Built with a brazed seam ring construction and an adhesive-lined polyolefin heat shrink sleeve, these terminals deliver a secure, professional-grade electrical connection in a single step.

Once crimped and heated, the outer sleeve shrinks to grip the wire while the inner adhesive wall melts and flows, creating a waterproof and corrosion-resistant seal around the connection. This makes them ideal for automotive, marine, RV, powersports, and trailer wiring applications where moisture and vibration are a concern.

Key Features:

• Wire Gauge: 22–16 AWG (Red color coding)
• Stud Size: #10
• Terminal Type: Ring / Eye (brazed seam construction)
• Sleeve: Adhesive-lined polyolefin heat shrink
• Connection: Waterproof and corrosion resistant
• Operating Temperature: 14°F to 241°F (-10°C to 105°C)
• Quantity: 25 terminals per package
• UPC: 035704722125

Installation is straightforward: strip the wire, insert it into the terminal, crimp, then slowly apply heat at approximately 300°F (150°C) until the sleeve shrinks and the adhesive flows. These terminals are bagged with a header card for easy storage and identification.
