The Geocel Pro Flex RV Multi-Purpose Brushable Repair Coating is a single-component, brushable, elastic coating with rubber-like flexibility designed to provide durable leak protection and weatherproofing for RV and trailer applications. This crystal clear coating comes in a convenient 1-quart can and is ideal for sealing seams, cracks, and gaps on roofs, sidewalls, and other exterior surfaces.

Key Features:

• Exhibits adhesion to many construction materials including damp, oily, or dirty surfaces
• Withstands water contact quickly after application to stop leaks fast
• Prevents rust on metal surfaces, such as roof flashings, pipes, chimney caps, vents, gutters, duct work, and roof fasteners
• Once cured it is mildew resistant and paintable
• Easy to apply in adverse temperatures, stays flexible, and will not crack
• Coverage of 100 square feet per gallon on smooth surfaces, 25 square feet per gallon on porous surfaces

Compatible Substrates:

• Aluminum, glass, wood, and other common RV substrates
• Vinyl, steel, and other common substrates

It is designed for many construction, roofing, agricultural, manufacturing, and industrial applications. Applied sealant thickness should not exceed 1/32" per coat, and to obtain a thicker cured film, apply several light coats of sealant, allowing 24 hours between coats.

Important Notes: Do not use on polystyrene insulation sheathing, TPO, or EPDM. Do not use on traffic-bearing surfaces. For exterior use only due to odor emitted during cure.
