Since then I have been so disappointed with service thus far. My order was split into two shipments, without any notice of that. Reading website about 'live in-stock inventory' and 'fast shipping' has been somewhat disappointing. I got four items really fast, but the other 8 in stock items took a week to get. I could have had everything next day for $8 more with another company. That would have been money well spent. I could have been back on the road before the weekend now it must wait til Monday. I have sent two e-mails to get zero replies. I called 800 number three times mostly because I could not wait 20 mins for customer service to answer call. No tracking info was sent to me, I was able to get tracking number after I finally got thru to customer service. I was told remaining parts were not in stock and had to be shipped from another warehouse there for the reason for delay. Yes, website does say live in-stock inventory and items were listed has in-stock, but items were not in-stock? Needless to say won't be any more purchases for me at Autopliticy.com. I have finally received my complete order and it was accurate so there is hope.
