The B&W RVB3770 is a replacement base unit designed specifically for the B&W Companion Slider fifth wheel hitch system (RVK3770). This base component installs directly into the factory OEM four-puck system found in 2011-2019 Chevrolet and GMC trucks, providing a solid foundation for the Companion slider hitch head (sold separately).

Easy and found what I was looking for

On drivers side, tube was contacting the body trim (2014 Toyota Access cab) after torqueing the bolts. Gap between body and tube was not uniform. Added small shim at center mount and approximately 1/4 inch shim in the front to achieve clearance and uniform gap. Longer bolt required. Right side installed perfect with no issues.
