Engineered Marine Products 31-02771 Thrust Bearing

Engineered Marine Products (EMP) part number 31-02771 is a replacement thrust bearing designed for marine stern drive and inboard engine applications. Thrust bearings are a critical drivetrain component, absorbing axial (fore-and-aft) propeller thrust loads and transferring them to the engine or drive unit housing, protecting internal components from wear and damage.

Key Features:

• Direct-fit OEM-style replacement thrust bearing
• Engineered to withstand continuous axial load from propeller thrust
• Manufactured to meet or exceed original equipment specifications
• Suitable for freshwater and saltwater marine environments
• New unit — not remanufactured or rebuilt

Proper thrust bearing maintenance is essential for smooth, reliable marine drivetrain operation. Replacing a worn or failed thrust bearing restores correct shaft positioning and prevents costly downstream damage to transmissions, couplings, and drive components. EMP is a recognized supplier of marine drivetrain and mechanical components.
