Quick, easy. I like the great price &amp; free shipping. Only problem is, the item is a black, diamond-plate METAL trailer box. It was packed simply in cardboard, no protective package around it either inside the box or around the item. That's it, item plus cardboard, &amp; it's heavy. The box was so smashed &amp; dented it was unbelievable. The box does have some dents/denting on it around the edges, but I guess it will be sufficient for what I need. However, the company needs to review their packaging practices. I appreciate the item, the price, free shipping, &amp; time of delivery, but their packaging sucks. Sorry, but I wouldn't have ever sent anything like that the way they packed it. No use sending it back, I'll just have to be frustrated when I, no doubt, get another one the same way or maybe worse.
