Engineered Marine Products 27-01704 Air Box Split Twin Gasket

The Engineered Marine Products (EMP) 27-01704 is a replacement air box split twin gasket designed for marine outboard engine applications. This gasket provides a reliable seal between the split air box housing halves, preventing unmetered air from entering the intake tract and ensuring proper air/fuel mixture delivery to the carburetor.

EMP gaskets are manufactured to meet or exceed original equipment specifications, offering a direct-fit replacement that restores proper sealing performance. A failed or deteriorated air box gasket can lead to rough idle, poor throttle response, and reduced engine efficiency — making timely replacement essential for consistent engine operation.
