WSM 100-04-05K Piston Pin Circlip .020 Oversize

The WSM 100-04-05K is a precision-engineered piston pin circlip (also known as a wrist pin clip or E-clip) designed for Mercury and Mariner 15-25 HP outboard engines. This clip is .020 inch oversize and is specifically designed to work with WSM's 100-04 series pistons.

Key Features:

• Premium quality construction that meets or exceeds OEM specifications
• .020 oversize design for compatibility with oversized piston pin bores
• Features WSM's improved E-clip design for enhanced retention and reliability
• Precision-manufactured circlip ensures secure wrist pin retention
• Designed for Mercury/Mariner 2-cylinder 2.562 bore Mercosil block engines

Piston pin circlips are critical engine components that secure the wrist pin within the piston, preventing it from moving laterally during engine operation. This replacement clip is essential for proper piston kit installation and engine rebuild procedures. Always use new circlips during piston installation and ensure they are fully seated in the piston groove before operation.
