The Engineered Marine Products 61-08397 is a comprehensive transom service kit designed for 1983-1990 MerCruiser R/MR/Alpha One and Alpha One-SS stern drives equipped with exhaust bellows. This high-quality transom service kit meets stringent industry standards for well-balanced design and craftsmanship.

Kit Includes:

  • Exhaust bellows with stainless steel clamps
  • Water hoses in both 5/8" and 3/4" sizes
  • Gimbal bearing with greaseable surface
  • Shift arm assembly
  • Outdrive mounting gasket kit

This kit provides all the necessary hoses, fittings, seals, gaskets, bellows, and hose clamps required for sealing transom openings on MerCruiser stern drives. For units that use exhaust tubes instead of bellows, see EMP part number 61-08398. This kit replaces MerCruiser 30-803097T1 and Sierra 18-2601-1.
