The WSM Platinum Series Piston Kit is engineered with high strength hardened aluminum designed to prevent skirt and ring groove breakage, making it an ideal replacement or performance upgrade for Yamaha 701 (62T) twin carb engines. This kit is sized at 0.50mm oversize to 81.50mm bore, perfect for cylinder rebuilds requiring slightly oversize pistons.

Kit Includes:

  • One complete piston
  • Piston rings
  • Wrist pin
  • Circlips

The piston walls are treated with a nonabrasive coating which reduces heat and friction for extended life, providing superior durability compared to standard replacement pistons. This piston is designed to fit Yamaha 701 62T engines with window port configuration, commonly found in various Yamaha personal watercraft models from the 1990s and 2000s including Wave Raider, Wave Venture, and XL700 models.
