Whitecap Industries G-8120C Gas Spring 7.5in 20lb 8mm x 18mm Marine

The Whitecap Industries G-8120C Gas Spring is a compact, heavy-duty lift support designed for marine hatches, compartment lids, and other deck access applications. With a 7.5-inch extended length and 20-pound force rating, this gas spring delivers smooth, controlled operation in demanding marine environments.

The steel body is finished with a heat-cured black nitride coating for corrosion resistance and long-term durability. A precision-fit O-ring ensures a positive seal, directing hydraulic fluid toward the orifice piston for consistent performance. The internally housed specially formulated hydraulic fluid provides progressive end-of-travel damping, protecting lids and hatches from slamming.
