Product Details

The Solas Rubex 3 is a three-blade aluminum propeller manufactured using Solas' exclusive squeeze-cast process, featuring a 13.5-inch diameter and 14-inch pitch. The squeeze casting process removes pores and pitting in the metal, creating thinner, sharper, and stronger blades.

Key Features:

  • Offers great acceleration and top speed for both 2-stroke and 4-stroke motors
  • Features a rubber interchangeable hub system designed to eliminate chatter and vibration
  • Hub can deflect 10% for softer shifting and reduced propshaft shock when striking submerged objects
  • Protected by 4 layers of paint to ensure excellent anti-corrosion performance
  • Standard right-hand rotation for 40-140 horsepower engines with thru-hub exhaust
  • Interchangeable with Flo-Torq and Vortex hub systems

This propeller is designed for 4-1/4-inch gearcase applications. Hub kits are required for installation and are sold separately. Compatible with multiple engine brands including Mercury, Mariner, Evinrude, Johnson, Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Tohatsu, and Nissan.
