Product Details

The Solas SX-HS-161 is a precision-manufactured replacement wear ring designed for Sea-Doo personal watercraft equipped with the SD 300HP jet pump system. Wear rings are a critical jet pump component, maintaining the tight clearance between the impeller and the pump housing to maximize thrust, water flow efficiency, and overall performance.

Key Features:

  • Direct-fit replacement wear ring for Sea-Doo SD 300HP jet pump applications
  • Manufactured by Solas, a trusted leader in aftermarket PWC jet pump components
  • Precision tolerances restore proper impeller-to-housing clearance
  • Helps recover lost thrust and top-end speed caused by wear ring deterioration
  • Durable construction for long service life in demanding marine environments
  • Solas part number: SX-HS-161

Over time, wear rings erode due to sand, debris, and normal operational wear, resulting in noticeable performance loss. Replacing a worn ring with the Solas SX-HS-161 is one of the most effective ways to restore your watercraft's pump efficiency and performance to like-new condition.
