Telescoping feature allows the pole the be raised for maximum visibility. Clam pack with or without 12" x 18" reinforced nylon U.S. Flag. Recommended speed < 35 mph. Telescopes from 26" to 48" to fit most flags. Comes with flag attachments. Base Not included. Removable sure-fit collar. Fits most existing stern pole light bases.
good pricing. Cabin air filter had foam strip around the edge which was peeling off & had to glue it back on. Probably a packaging issue from the factory.
