When the item I purchased came in it was badly damaged. I called and followed the directions in the email. I was then told i would have an update the next day. Which I did not. I then call back and was told she has not got to it yet and would email me with an update when she gets one. Four days later I vet an email stating there is still no update and I will get one when there is. For an item to be in such poor shape to be shipped when it is clearly damaged is poor business. Then for it to be such a long and unproductive process to get a replacement that I still do not have is even worse. This will be the last time I do business with them and I will not be recommending this company to anyone else.
