For a first time buyer the experience was great and easy to do. I see now after I ordered mt part that you want me to agree to you sending me another e-mail to make sure I'm satisfied with my order. One of the other benefits I am told it I will receive a confirmation of the order but I would have thought that out of customer service a confirmation of my order would be done anyhow.

I could not find the thickness of the flange metal. Technical information about product is very important when ordering parts.
