the item which I thought I ordered was not correct.the actual shipping took forever. Upon getting the part and realizing it wasn't what I ordered, I tried to contact customer service but a slow response by email. I have send emailed back asking how to return this product with no answer. I feel like the item I ordered was not accurately portrayed. so, I will overpaid for a stupid light kit not at all what I wanted :-(

After ordering form Autoplicity.com i did not get my item in a timley maner, i tried to call customer support and all i got was a bunch of recorded sales pitches, then i emailed customer support at Autoplicity.com and never got a responce from them, so i placed a complant with PayPal and i did receive a full refund, my item finaly arived on 04/21/2015. We sent the item back to Autoplicity.com on 04/21/2015. I will never do business with Autoplicity.com again. Thank You Billy Robertson Dollar Bill's Auto Service
