Megaware KeelGuard 02665 SkegPro Stainless Steel Skeg Protector

The Megaware SkegPro 02665 is a precision-fit stainless steel skeg protector designed to shield your outboard motor's skeg from the everyday hazards of boating — including ramp dragging, rocks, sand, submerged debris, and harsh marine environments. Purpose-built to guard one of the most vulnerable and expensive-to-repair components on your lower unit, the SkegPro is an affordable, proactive solution that can save hundreds of dollars in repair costs.

Constructed from 18-gauge marine-grade 304 stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish, the SkegPro delivers both lasting durability and a sharp, custom appearance. Its contoured design conforms closely to your lower unit, ensuring there is no discernible drag or loss of performance once installed. A built-in drain hole at the base prevents water from collecting inside the guard, reducing the risk of corrosion and freezing.
